SEICHITECH announced a strategic investment of RMB 3 billion to expand semiconductor test equipment capabilities. The company will build a semiconductor memory test equipment R&D and smart manufacturing project in Shenzhen's Longhua District and a high-end chip test equipment R&D center in Shanghai.
