Guangzhou Yuexin Semiconductor

Guangzhou Yuexin Semiconductor launched a Phase IV project to build a 12-inch wafer production line with a monthly capacity of 40,000 wafers, covering 65nm to 22nm nodes, with a total investment of 25.2 billion yuan. The project is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2029.
