Shenyang Aircraft Corporation

Shenyang Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a subsidiary of AVIC, plans to double its total production capacity for the J-35 stealth fighter over the next three to five years at a new factory complex in Shenyang, Liaoning province. The new factory entered product assembly in mid-2025 and is expected to enter mass production in 2026.
