Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool

Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group (Wuzhong Group) won a contract worth 160 million yuan to supply 39 intelligent equipment units for a China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) gas turbine production line in Wuhan. The contract was announced on January 28, 2019.

China Ordnance Industry Group (China North Industries Group) is building a new factory for Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group with an investment of 2.6 billion CNY. The facility covers 450,000 m² with 220,000 m² of new building area and will be a modern CNC heavy and ultra-heavy machine tool manufacturing base.

Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group won a bid to supply a five-axis vertical milling and turning machining center for China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant, for manufacturing ship gas turbine casings.

China North Industries Group's Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool won a bid to supply a five-axis vertical milling and turning machining center to CSSC Wuchang Shipbuilding for manufacturing ship gas turbine casings. The machine will enable high-precision machining of casings in a single setup.
