Ringmetall SE is acquiring a 75.1% majority stake in Tesseraux SA, a Cape Town bag-in-box producer into which Vinbag operations are contributed, with a call option on the remaining 24.9%. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Ringmetall SE agreed to acquire Makplast Makine Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., an Istanbul-based maker of liners for industrial food and beverage packaging, via a share deal. The purchase price was not disclosed and the company has about 45 employees.
Ringmetall SE agreed with the owner family to acquire all shares of Hutek Oy of Nastola, Finland, a producer of bag-in-box packaging, effective 8 January 2025. Hutek generated revenue of about EUR 4 million last year.
Ringmetall SE agreed to acquire the business, production plants and property of Rhein-Plast GmbH through an asset deal. Rhein-Plast has about 80 employees and annual sales of around EUR 13 million, and makes polyethylene films and bags in Bad Dürkheim.
