Ringmetall acquires Finland's Hutek Oy, a bag-in-box packaging maker, expanding into Scandinavia
Ringmetall SE agreed with the owner family to acquire all shares of Hutek Oy of Nastola, Finland, a producer of bag-in-box packaging, effective 8 January 2025. Hutek generated revenue of about EUR 4 million last year.
