Ringmetall acquires 75.1% of South African bag-in-box maker Tesseraux
Ringmetall SE is acquiring a 75.1% majority stake in Tesseraux SA, a Cape Town bag-in-box producer into which Vinbag operations are contributed, with a call option on the remaining 24.9%. The purchase price was not disclosed.
