UNT (Chipalliance) plans to increase its investment in its holding subsidiary UNT Pioneer by ¥1.8 billion to support the Phase III 12-inch integrated circuit analog-digital mixed chip manufacturing project, with a total investment of ¥22.2 billion and capacity of 100,000 wafers per month.
