NEC to invest RUB 3.5B in high-voltage equipment plant in Lipetsk
National Energy Company (NEC) signed an agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 19, 2025, to invest about RUB 3.5 billion in building and equipping a new production site for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) at the Lipetsk special economic zone. The plant will create over 200 jobs.
