ADL to build 10,000 sq m workshop in Kolomna, Moscow region, for valve actuators
Russian manufacturer ADL plans to start building a new 10,000 sq m workshop in Kolomna in 2026, to make electric actuators for shut-off valves and reducers, expanding block heating unit and pumping unit assembly. The investment is 1.5 billion rubles and will create 80 jobs, with launch planned for 2028.

Torgovy Dom ADL has finished construction of a new production building for pipeline valves in Radužny, Kolomna urban district, Moscow Region, with a 317 million ruble investment and 70 jobs once production starts. The building has passed the state construction review, and the company can now apply for commissioning.

ADL, the Moscow Oblast government and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a special investment contract to build a fourth workshop at ADL's plant in Kolomna. The 750 million ruble project will create 80 jobs and is due by the end of 2024.
