Grupo Monbake

Grupo Monbake plans to invest €20 million to add a third production line at its frozen pastry plant in Tajonar, Spain, doubling capacity from 16,000 tonnes to 32,000 tonnes by 2030. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2025.
