Yangzhou Jingxin Microelectronics

Yangzhou Jingxin Microelectronics is building a new 8-inch semiconductor chip factory in Yizheng, Yangzhou, with a planned total investment of CNY 3 billion, to produce automotive-grade products.

Yangzhou Jingxin Microelectronics announced its 6-inch semiconductor chip production line will begin mass production this month, with an expected annual capacity of 360,000 6-inch wafers and additional sales revenue of CNY 300 million.
