Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc.

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment (AMEC) plans to invest CNY 3 billion (USD 409 million) to build a new production base in Chengdu, Sichuan, for R&D and manufacturing of high-end chip production equipment. Construction is expected to start in 2025 and be completed by 2027.

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (AMEC) announced plans to invest 30.5 billion yuan to build a research, development and production base and Southwest headquarters in Chengdu High-tech Zone, Sichuan Province. The project will be carried out through a wholly-owned subsidiary, AMEC Semiconductor Equipment (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 100 million yuan, spanning 2025 to 2030.
