TC Mena Holdings Ltd

Italian cement company Buzzi Unicem, through its subsidiary TC Mena Holdings, merged with Gulf Cement Company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, after acquiring a majority stake in May 2025. The merger expands Buzzi Unicem's presence in the UAE.

TC Mena Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Italy's Buzzi Unicem, completed a mandatory cash tender offer to acquire up to 100% of Gulf Cement Company PSC, resulting in ownership of approximately 63% of GCC's issued share capital.

Buzzi SpA, through its subsidiary TC Mena Holdings Ltd, increased its tender offer to acquire a 37.6% share of Gulf Cement Co PSC.
