Shandong Jingdao Microelectronics Co., Ltd. has started construction of a power semiconductor (IDM) base in Neijiang, Sichuan, China, with a total investment of CNY 5.2 billion. The first phase, costing CNY 650 million, will produce 42 billion power diodes and 20 billion power rectifiers annually.
