Lion Microelectronics announced plans to invest 1.23 billion yuan to build a project producing 960,000 12-inch silicon epitaxial wafers per year in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. The project will be implemented by a new subsidiary and has a construction period of 5-8 years.
