WIH Cement Developing Company Limited

Heidelberg Materials signed a definitive agreement to sell its 91% majority stake in Cimenterie de Lukala SA, including an integrated cement plant in Lukala, Democratic Republic of the Congo, to WIH Cement Developing Company Limited. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in 2025.
