Anhui Haoyun Machinery

Anhui Haoyun Machinery, a subsidiary of Anhui Heli Forklift Group, has announced the construction of a new plant for the intelligent manufacturing of 1,000 telescopic forklifts per year, with the construction general contract awarded.

Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. announced it will acquire 65.15% of Anhui Haoyun Machinery Co., Ltd. for CNY 160 million and 51% of Anhui Anxin Fork Co., Ltd. for CNY 36.854 million, totaling CNY 197 million, from its parent company's subsidiary Anhui He'an Electromechanical.
