Anhui Heli announced a cash acquisition of shares in Ningbo Lida Logistics Equipment from Anhui Forklift Group and related individuals. The transaction is a related-party deal.

Anhui Heli's Baoji Weibin factory decided to invest CNY 60 million in a 'New Energy Electric Forklift and Intelligent Upgrade Project' to add 5,000 units of electric industrial vehicle capacity over three years.
