PCL

PCL has been awarded a progressive design-build contract by the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission to rehabilitate and expand the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant in San Diego. The project is valued at $600 million and will double treatment capacity to 50 million gallons per day.
