LS Electric's affiliate KOC Electric completed the expansion of its ultra-high voltage transformer production plant in Ulsan, South Korea. The 29.6 billion KRW investment tripled annual production capacity to 100 billion KRW.

LS Electric's board approved a 59.2 billion KRW investment to acquire a 51% stake in KOC Jeongi, a South Korean transformer manufacturer, to expand ultra-high voltage transformer capacity and target the global power infrastructure market.
