Groupe Guillin acquires Gruyaert Verpakking and Verpakkingen V de V in Belgium
Guillin Group's French subsidiary Alterecopack acquired Belgian packaging companies Gruyaert Verpakking, a maker of customized cardboard pastry boxes, and distributor Verpakkingen V de V. The two companies had combined 2024 revenue of EUR 19 million and about 40 employees.

Guillin acquires French paper packaging maker Gault et Frémont from UI Investissement
Guillin, a European food packaging group, has completed the acquisition of Gault et Frémont, a maker of paper bags, cardboard boxes and baking paper with four sites in France and Belgium, from UI Investissement. Gault et Frémont reported 2020 sales of 63 million euros.
