UI Investissement has entered exclusive negotiations to sell packaging maker Gault & Fremont, based in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, France, to the listed packaging group Guillin.
Gault & Frémont, backed by UI Gestion, has acquired paper bag makers Emballages du Dauphiné and Daujas, which serve industrial bakeries and retail. The deal ensures the transfer of the founder's stake to managing director Carmen Pirès.
