HCFA and Bosch Rexroth are planning to set up a joint venture in Shanghai with a total capital of 120 million CNY, each contributing 50%. The joint venture will focus on automation and electrification solutions.

Bosch Group made a $276 million strategic investment in HCFA, acquiring a 5% stake. The equity transfer agreement was signed on November 2, 2023.
