Holcim New Zealand

Allied Concrete and Holcim New Zealand have mutually agreed to end their joint venture AML Limited. Holcim will operate most North Island plants and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, while Allied Concrete will operate plants in Silverdale, Penrose, and Hautapu. The change is effective from November 2023, subject to regulatory approvals.

AML Limited, a joint venture between Allied Concrete and Holcim New Zealand, will sell its concrete plants. Holcim will operate 20 plants in the North Island and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, while Allied Concrete will operate plants in Silverdale, Penrose, and Hautapu Rd. The new arrangements are subject to regulatory approvals and expected from November 2023.
