AML Limited

Holcim concluded its joint venture with AML Limited, now operating 20 ready-mix concrete plants in the North Island and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, expanding its concrete operations in New Zealand.

AML Limited, a joint venture between Allied Concrete and Holcim New Zealand, will sell its concrete plants. Holcim will operate 20 plants in the North Island and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, while Allied Concrete will operate plants in Silverdale, Penrose, and Hautapu Rd. The new arrangements are subject to regulatory approvals and expected from November 2023.
