Allied Concrete

Allied Concrete and Holcim New Zealand have mutually agreed to end their joint venture AML Limited. Holcim will operate most North Island plants and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, while Allied Concrete will operate plants in Silverdale, Penrose, and Hautapu. The change is effective from November 2023, subject to regulatory approvals.

Holcim and Allied Concrete (ACL) have mutually agreed to end their AML joint venture, with Holcim operating 20 plants in the North Island and Ashby's Ready Mixed in Christchurch, and ACL operating sites at Silverdale, Penrose and Hautapu Rd. The new arrangement is subject to regulatory approvals and will be operational from November 2023.
