Heramba

Heramba GmbH has completed the acquisition of Kiepe Electric GmbH and Kiepe Electric, LLC from Knorr-Bremse. Kiepe Electric manufactures electrical traction equipment for trams and trolleybuses, with 550 employees and revenues over €140 million.

Heramba has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kiepe Electric, a provider of electrification solutions for commercial and public transport, from Knorr-Bremse. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
