Positron Corporation has entered into an agreement to supply three NeuSight PET-CT 64-slice scanners under its Prime Rental Program to a leading cardiovascular diagnostic practice. The scanners are designed for cardiac PET-CT imaging.

Positron Corporation has secured exclusive rights to sell and distribute the NeuSight PET-CT 64 slice scanner in North America through an agreement with Neusoft Medical Systems' subsidiary Shenyang Intelligent Neuclear Medical Technology Co. The scanner has FDA clearance and will be introduced to the US market in July 2024.

Positron Corporation has entered an agreement to acquire the FDA 510(k) clearance for the NeuSight PET-CT imaging system from Neusoft Medical Systems' subsidiary Shenyang Intelligent Neuclear Medical Technology Co. The deal value was not disclosed.

Positron Corporation agreed to purchase six Attrius PET systems and components from Neusoft Positron Medical Systems with an estimated value of $6 million.
