UCED

GE secured a contract from UCED Group to supply an LM6000 PC Sprint aeroderivative gas turbine for the expansion of the Prostějov reserve power plant in the Czech Republic. The turbine will add approximately 50 MW of capacity and is planned for delivery in early 2024.

UCED signed a contract with GE to expand its Prostějov power plant to nearly double its capacity (108 MW) by adding a combined cycle unit with an LM6000 gas turbine. Investment is 1 billion CZK.
