Indorama Ventures to acquire Kordárna Plus for undisclosed sum
Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd (IVL) has reached an agreement to acquire Czech tire cord and technical fabrics business Kordárna Plus a.s., including one production site in the Czech Republic and one in Slovakia, with a combined capacity of 50 ktpa. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2018.

Indorama Ventures agrees to acquire French plastics recycler Sorepla
Indorama Ventures has agreed to acquire Sorepla Industrie S.A., a French plastics recycler with a combined capacity of 52,000 tonnes per year and 58 employees. The deal expands its food-grade rPET supply in Europe.
