ESA S.p.A., an industrial automation company, announced the acquisition of Intercomp S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of industrial PCs. The deal aims to expand ESA's technology portfolio and strengthen its competitive position.

SkyLabs was selected by OHB-Italia to supply satellite avionics, including OBC, communication subsystems, and power systems, for the first batch of 12 satellites in the IRIDE constellation under a contract signed in December 2022.
