VINCI Energies UK & ROI acquired Cougar Automation Ltd, a UK control systems integrator with 110 employees across six offices. The deal adds to VINCI Energies' industrial automation capabilities.

Actemium, a subsidiary of Vinci Energies, was awarded an EPC contract worth about $50 million by Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (Gasco) to upgrade control systems at the Asab-1 gas processing plant in Abu Dhabi.

Cegelec CEM, Nuvia Limited, and Airbus Safran Launchers signed a global framework contract worth approximately €100 million with Fusion for Energy to build the Cask and Plug Remote Handling System for the ITER thermonuclear reactor in Cadarache, France. The contract covers a 7-year period.
