SunMed

SunMed plans to buy Avanos Medical's respiratory health business for $110 million in cash, including closed suction catheters, endotracheal tubes, and oral care products, along with two manufacturing facilities in Mexico.

SunMed has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vyaire Medical's business unit that manufactures and markets respiratory and anesthesia consumables focused on airway management and operative care. The announcement was made on March 28, 2023.
