Syntagma Capital

Funds managed by Syntagma Capital completed the acquisition of the European commercial HVAC and refrigeration businesses of Lennox International Inc. for $23 million.

Lennox entered into an agreement to sell its European commercial HVAC and refrigeration businesses, headquartered in Lyon, to funds managed by Syntagma Capital. The deal covers manufacturing and distribution in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with three production facilities in France and Spain.

Syntagma Capital finalized the acquisition of Erasteel, a key player in Powder Metallurgy High Speed Steels.

Syntagma Capital has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Erasteel, the high-speed steels and recycling division of Eramet. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first half of 2023.
