MegaWatt company signed an agreement with Yenisey Siberia to build a new factory in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, with investments of up to 1 billion rubles. The plant will produce diesel and gas electric generators with power from 16 to 1500 kW, with a capacity of up to 60 units per month, and is expected to launch by 2026, creating 200 jobs.

The Megawatt Group of Casoria, Naples, has finalized the acquisition of Edif Spa of Corridonia, effective from 1 January 2021. Edif will retain its identity, name, and management team, and the Verdicchio-Rosini family will remain in the ownership structure.
