LVD Company nv has won a major contract to manufacture a custom Synchro-Form press brake for MT Aerospace AG in Augsburg, Germany. The 800-ton, 7 m press brake will produce components for the ESA Ariane 6 rocket program.

OHB SE has acquired the remaining 30% of shares in MT Aerospace AG, becoming the sole shareholder. MT Aerospace is a supplier to the Ariane 6 program and other aerospace and defense programs.

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) and its subsidiary Deutsche Aircraft Holdings (DAH) received a minority equity investment from a joint venture formed between OHB SE and AFK Enterprise AG. The investment will support development of the D328eco aircraft. The transaction is subject to German government approval and is expected to close in Q1 2023.

Deutsche Aircraft Holdings (DAH) has secured a minority interest in DAH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH from a joint venture between OHB SE and AFK Enterprise AG, to fund development of the D328eco green aircraft. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023.

OHB SE and AFK Enterprise AG formed a joint venture to acquire a minority stake in Deutsche Aircraft Holdings, which develops environmentally friendly aviation technologies. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023.
