NEM Energy B.V.

NEM Energy has won an order to supply one of the largest Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) for a new 900 MWe combined cycle power plant in Rybnik, Poland, replacing old coal-fired capacity.

NEM Energy B.V. has fully acquired Balcke-Dürr GmbH on April 1, 2023. The two organizations will work closer together to expand their product and service portfolios.

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has completed the acquisition of Heat Transfer Technology (NEM Energy) from Siemens Energy B.V. The company will operate as NEM Energy B.V., headquartered in Zoeterwoude, Netherlands.
