Timken Aerospace Drive Systems

PCX Aerosystems completed the acquisition of Timken Aerospace Drive Systems (ADS) in Manchester, Connecticut, expanding its capabilities in aerospace transmission assemblies, gearboxes, and flight critical components.

PCX Aerostructures, LLC entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Timken Aerospace Drive Systems, LLC from The Timken Company. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2022.
