PCX Aerosystems

PCX Aerosystems, LLC announced the acquisition of Integral Aerospace, a Santa Ana, CA-based aerospace systems manufacturer specializing in metallic and composite solutions for military, commercial and space applications.

Greenbriar Equity Group acquired PCX Aerosystems, concurrently with PCX's acquisition of Senior Aerospace Connecticut. PCX is a supplier of flight critical assemblies for aerospace platforms.

PCX Aerosystems announced an agreement to acquire Senior Aerospace Connecticut (SAC) in Enfield, Connecticut from Senior plc. The acquisition expands PCX's rotorhead and transmission component offerings.
