Mare Group acquired the remaining 49% of EasyGo, which holds EMM Systems, thereby completing the acquisition of 100% of EMM Systems. EMM develops digital platforms and systems for industrial processes, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Spain S.A. was awarded a contract by MARE S.A. (Consejo de Administración de Medio Ambiente, Agua, Residuos y Energía de Cantabria) for the supply of pumps and agitators for MARE installations, valued at EUR 188,799.
