Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd approved a Rs.13.6 crore investment to expand medium power transformer manufacturing capacity at its Vadodara plant by 1,500 MVA per year, from 5,500 MVA to 7,000 MVA, by end of FY26 (March 31, 2026).

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL) approved enhancing production capacity of vacuum interrupters and circuit breakers by setting up a manufacturing unit in Kolkata. The unit will add 180k MV vacuum interrupters and assembly lines, with production likely starting in 2025.

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd plans to set up a new manufacturing facility in Kolkata for vacuum interrupters and vacuum circuit breakers, expanding capacity from 80k MV to 180k MV. The capital outlay is estimated at Rs.138 crore, with first mature production expected in 2025.
