Cofinair

Cofinair announced construction of a new industrial site in Criquetot-sur-Longueville, France, investing over €25 million. The facility will consolidate three existing sites and is expected to be operational by 2027.

Mälarenergi AB awarded a contract valued at 21 million SEK for the purchase and delivery of adiabatic coolers. The winners include Aircoil Aktiebolag, LU-VE Sweden AB, Francks Kylindustri i Helsingborg AB, Cofinair Group, and Baltimore Aircoil International.

Decsa, an Italian manufacturer of cooling towers and evaporative condensers for HVAC systems, was acquired by Cofinair on August 2, 2022. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
