VDL Groep

VDL De Meeuw, a subsidiary of VDL Groep, has been awarded a €200 million contract by the Belgian government to build modular detention houses. The contract covers 1,100 living units over four years.

VDL Groep has acquired GL Plastics, a specialist in plastic injection molding based in Son, Netherlands. All 60 employees will remain, and the company will operate as VDL GL Plastics.
