Nan Ya Electronic Materials (Kunshan)

Nan Ya Plastics' subsidiary Nan Ya Electronic Materials (Kunshan) is investing a cumulative $450 million to expand high-precision IC substrate production. The expansion will increase annual IC substrate output from 25.97 million units to 50.75 million units and add 20 billion yuan in annual revenue.
