Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology (JCET)

Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology (JCET) has made a non-binding proposal to acquire all shares of STATS ChipPAC for US$780 million. STATS and its controlling shareholder have agreed to exclusive negotiations until November 30, 2026.
