PG Technoplast

PG Technoplast Private Limited, a subsidiary of PG Electroplast Limited, inaugurated a new air conditioning manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The 200,000 sq ft facility has annual capacities of 360,000 AC indoor units, 360,000 AC outdoor units, and 250,000 window ACs, and creates over 1,000 jobs.

PG Eectroplast's wholly owned subsidiary PG Technoplast has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Next Generation Manufacturers (NGM), a manufacturer of consumer durables, air conditioners and televisions. The acquisition will make NGM a wholly owned subsidiary of PGTL and position PGTL as a preferred vendor to Amstrad.
