Jinzhou Thinkon Semiconductor starts expansion project
Jinzhou Thinkon Semiconductor has started construction of a new semiconductor-grade silicon product manufacturing facility in Taihe District, Jinzhou, Liaoning. The project has a total investment of CNY 700 million, with CNY 200 million planned for 2022, and will produce large-diameter 8-inch and 12-inch IC crystals with annual capacity of 3.6 million wafers.
