Hirsch Servo AG

HIRSCH Servo Group has acquired Erlenbach GmbH, creating what it claims is the world's largest technology group in the particle foam industry, with 450 employees at five European production plants.

HIRSCH Maschinenbau GmbH, a subsidiary of HIRSCH Servo AG, acquired 100% of the shares of HPC Produktions GmbH (Hellmerich) from the Taiwanese Tongtai Group, effective June 30, 2023. Hellmerich has 75 employees at its Seeboden site.

Hirsch Servo AG commissioned a new automated production line for the production and palletizing of the high-performance ready-mix Thermozell eco at its headquarters in Glanegg, Austria.

Hirsch Servo AG acquired Slovakian mold tooling specialist Ingmetal and Slovenian mechanical engineering company Koviflex. The acquisitions strengthen Hirsch Servo's position as a leading EPS specialist in Europe.
