TongTai Group

HIRSCH Maschinenbau GmbH, a subsidiary of HIRSCH Servo AG, acquired 100% of the shares of HPC Produktions GmbH (Hellmerich) from the Taiwanese Tongtai Group, effective June 30, 2023. Hellmerich has 75 employees at its Seeboden site.

A new plant for assembling high-tech metalworking machine tools opened in Voronezh, Russia, as a joint venture between Russian and Taiwanese companies. The facility is designed to produce 100-200 machines per year, with Russian investment of 200 million rubles.
